Are Eugene and Robert Dias the same person ?

Nellie Shipp Dias is listed as a Widow in 1920, Floyd Dias died in 1928... Floyd and Carl were brothers.  Would there be a story behind this ?

Questions about the families of William H. Shipp, b. abt 1825, d. 12 July 1902 :

1850: age 25, married to Mary --, age 22, Madison Co., FL. (no children listed)

James Shipp, age 9, listed as "idiot and cripple-caused by fits",

Nancy A. Shipp, age 7,

Thomas Shipp, age 4, 

Elizabeth Shipp, age 1

William Shipp, age 12 (actually William Strawn)

John Shipp, age 10 (actually John Strawn)

Sallie Shipp, age 10 (actually Sallie Strawn)

Robert Shipp, age 5

James Shipp, age 4

Annie Shipp, age 2

Lucy Shipp, age 1

1880: age 50 (probably more like 55), married to Phoebe, age 43 (probably more like 46), Hase Johnsons, Levy Co., FL, with the following children:

Emily Shipp, age 14

Narcissa Shipp, age 13

Wesley Shipp, age 6

Ellen Shipp, age 4

1885: age 65 (60), married to Phoebe, age 44 (51), Districts 5 and 6, Marion Co., FL, with the following children:

Emily Shipp, age 16 (going by age in 1880, she would be 19)

Narcissus Shipp, age 12 (going by age in 1880, she would be 18)

Wesley Shipp, age 9 (going by age in 1880, he would be 11)

1900: age 87 (going from age in 1850, he would be 65), married to Phoebe, age 67 ( going by age in 1880, she would be 56), Lebanon, Levy Co., FL, no children listed)

According to the 1900 Census, Phoebe D. S. Shipp had 7 children and 5 are living in 1900.... If she had 7 children, I would assume them to be: William Strawn, John Strawn, Sallie Strawn, Emily Shipp, Narciss Shipp, Allen Wesley Shipp, and Ellen Shipp. Sallie died before 1900. I can find no records beyond 1880 for Ellen, therefore, I assume she died before 1885 since she is not listed on that census. She would have been abt 9 years old in 1885.

*Note: I have not found Phoebe Driggers Shipp in 1910 as of yet, but in 1920, age 88 (if she was 65 in 1900 - 85 years old in 1920) she was living with her daughter, Emily Shipp Nichols and family.

 I also found a marriage record for Mrs. Phoebe Shipp to B. J. Carroll, 1933, #11292, Citrus Co., FL.

Is this Phoebe Driggers Shipp or her grand daughter, Phoebe Shipp (married to Bill Collins and Walter Mixson)? If this is Phoebe Driggers Shipp, she would have to have been about 98 years old when she married Mr. Carroll.

I can find no date of death for Phoebe Driggers Strawn Shipp (Carroll).
